Freaks!!! Yeah, baby
With the Ugly just before lunch:

LOOKS: Temperance/TowerRX
Hmm maybe this guy fell off the wagon, over and over. Or a little prison time. Maybe he was a druggy. Sold drugs and mixed them up? Or some sort of lovabe drunk like WC Fields- who I think we've already done. Anyway, I think he looked like he was "rode hard and put away wet". Or looked a little goofy and unbalanced. Or over the top.

PERSONALITY: World/ Justice: Jeeze all majors so far- don't think I have ever had that happen. He was very famous and maybe known for something to do with breaking the law or enforcing it. Still think he was sort of a bad boy- but maybe not.

CAREER: 5 SwordsRX/ 6 Cups. he suffered a loss or defeat, perhaps even had a friend who lost something which affected him. he focused on the future and pulled himself out of it, or he was just an eternal optimist. This does not tell me much about a career. Guess: TV personality.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: 9 SwordsRX: He was thevictim of slanderous gossip which was probably sort of true.

Wild guess: Liberace. ( Stomach growling)

Or some sort of lovabe drunk like WC Fields- who I think we've already done. Anyway, I think he looked like he was "rode hard and put away wet". Or looked a little goofy and unbalanced. Or over the top. no, he did not fall off the wagon, and I don't believe he ever was on the wagon either. now, the prison time is interesting, because he was in jail and prisons, but not for committing a crime and he was not an officer either. it's hard to tell why w/o giving him away. no druggy. he didn't really look goofy or unbalanced, but I bet people thought that about him for the way he acted. he was def. over the top.

PERSONALITY: World/ Justice: Jeeze all majors so far- don't think I have ever had that happen. He was very famous and maybe known for something to do with breaking the law or enforcing it. Still think he was sort of a bad boy- but maybe not. he was very famous and known for many things. not any kind of a bad boy tho. but he did do something that real criminals would have loved to been able to do!

SOMETHING SPECIAL: 9 SwordsRX: He was thevictim of slanderous gossip which was probably sort of true.

Wild guess: Liberace. ( Stomach growling)yes, there was some gossip about him tho i'm not sure it was ever proven to be true or not.

not liberace. no.

Hi Celt~
Haven't played in a coon's age~
May I give it a whirl with the Golden?! :D

5 of Wands jumped-
At first I thought he was rowdy, a fighter ... but then it seemed to be more of a stage act~
Was he an actor, maybe did some Shakespeare?
There is a rooster crowing at the sun coming up~ was he an all night party guy?

Page of Cups-
Was he an emotional man?
Did he love deeply and have real, solid relationships with women?
Did he consult psychics?
I guess this is showing the lovable side you mentioned.
It makes me think of Chris Farley, but I wouldn't call him a freak.

Justice-
This makes me think of the line in that poem- When she was good, she was very good; and when she was bad, she was horrid!
Was he conflicted by a dual personality? I mean, did he try to be good, but always ended up doing really naughty things? Now I'm getting an image of a disgusting rock star.
The other first image with this card was that he dressed in women's clothes.

I just got a brand new deck - Maat. :D looks perfects for freaks. (ah - not you guys, the MP) })

4 of coins * Queen of Cups
He was mysterious. Intuitive, psychic. He worked with his hands. People were drawn to him like moths to a flame.... or bees to honey. He was a craftsman... good at what he did. Detail oriented. Busy. Quiet.

Hermit * 2 of Cups
He was smart. Intelligent. In love. Had a great partner. I think he may have been a virgo. So many virgo cards. He could be alone for great periods. He was comfortable in his own skin. Liked to learn and gather knowledge.

6 of cups * 9 of swords
I think he was a performer - a magician or something with illusions. He was quick handed. People enjoyed him.

3 of coins
a master. this card depicts leonardo. I do think this man achieved success. He was sought after.

Not sure. These cards are tricky and the smell is bothering me.

Hi Celt~
Haven't played in a coon's age~
May I give it a whirl with the Golden?! :D of course. my fav deck btw! :)

5 of Wands jumped-
At first I thought he was rowdy, a fighter ... but then it seemed to be more of a stage act~
Was he an actor, maybe did some Shakespeare?
There is a rooster crowing at the sun coming up~ was he an all night party guy?very good! he did have a stage act. you are on to a great start. no shakespeare, and not an all night party guy either, as far as i know.

Page of Cups-
Was he an emotional man?
Did he love deeply and have real, solid relationships with women?
Did he consult psychics?
I guess this is showing the lovable side you mentioned.
It makes me think of Chris Farley, but I wouldn't call him a freak.yes, i'd say he was an emotional man. he did love deeply. had very solid relationships with his wife and his mother. as a matter of fact, he did consult psychics and was well known for this! again--very good! not Chris Farley, but interestingly enough, they both lived in the same state at one time. (not at the same time tho).

Justice-
This makes me think of the line in that poem- When she was good, she was very good; and when she was bad, she was horrid!
Was he conflicted by a dual personality? I mean, did he try to be good, but always ended up doing really naughty things? Now I'm getting an image of a disgusting rock star.
The other first image with this card was that he dressed in women's clothes.no, not conflicted by a dual personality. and he did not dress in womens clothing as far as I know. he was however torn between two worlds, and struggled with this a bit.

excellent read!

I just got a brand new deck - Maat. :D looks perfects for freaks. (ah - not you guys, the MP) }) not familiar with that deck, but I'm sure you'll read great with it. :)

4 of coins * Queen of Cups
He was mysterious. Intuitive, psychic. He worked with his hands. People were drawn to him like moths to a flame.... or bees to honey. He was a craftsman... good at what he did. Detail oriented. Busy. Quiet.yes, mysterious to be sure! not so sure he was intuitive or psychic, but he was interested in those things. he did work w/his hands, and drew people to him. people were fascinated with him! he was very good at what he did-one of the best! very detailed oriented. busy and quiet is also good. great!

Hermit * 2 of Cups
He was smart. Intelligent. In love. Had a great partner. I think he may have been a virgo. So many virgo cards. He could be alone for great periods. He was comfortable in his own skin. Liked to learn and gather knowledge. yes, smart, intelligent and in love with his wife. not a virgo though--he was an Aries.

6 of cups * 9 of swords
I think he was a performer - a magician or something with illusions. He was quick handed. People enjoyed him. ding, ding, ding!!! EXTREMELY RIGHT ON!!!! Wow, Franniee, I'd not have gotten this with these cards, 'course, I don't know the deck you are using, but this is right on!!!

Ok, with the Napo!

* Personality/ looks: The devil

A very good looking guy, very seductive and alluring. I think he had this "dangerous" look. Red hair, maybe a small beard. I think he may have temped people to do what he wished. Somewhat dominant. I think he had children (2?) that were like his "helpers"... who followed him around.

*Career: The empress.

The star, sun and moon in this card... I think he was somewhat related to the space, or to astrology. This empress doesn't look very connected to the ground, I think he had lots of ideas that were too farfetched. There's an eagle inside of a ball who reminds me of a womb... something related to the air? Or to the military.

* What made thim famous: 2 of wands, dominion.

I think he wanted to have the world at his feet. The wand he holds in his hand looks almost like a weapon, I think this guy wasn't afraid of striking!

I am surprised that no-one turned over one particular card for this man. I really expected it, but it didn't come up. However, Franniee mentioned it in her reading, and I was surprised! :D

But, B.A. knows her freaks!

CONGRATULATIONS, B.A.! IT WAS HARRY HOUDINI!!!

Houdini?

Houdini did a few tricks such as escaping from jails and prisons, even tho he was shackled and handcuffed. so, when you picked up the jails, I had to laugh.

if criminals were as good as Houdini, it would be very difficult to catch them.

Congrats BA!

great reads all!

the 6 of cups was a puppet show and the hermit was a merlin looking guy... the whole deck screamed magician.. the 4 of coins was odd... a merchant in a basement store. Strange deck but different.... I think I might like it.

Very cool pick Celt! Thanks!
