An easy way to attach a crystal to 3rd eye area

A sleep mask!! Has anyone else done this?

I was meditating one day and it was really bright in my room. Too bright to see anything when I closed my eyes for meditation.

I use amethyst when meditating and know to put it on the 3rd eye area and would just hold it until my arm got tired. Taping for me just didn't cut it.

Well, to combat the brightness (even with the curtains drawn), I decided to put a sleep mask on. Great! Darkness. Then I just inserted the amethyst right into the mask above the bridge of my nose and it stayed!!

I've used those tiny square shaped band-aids to keep crystals in place.
Good idea with the sleep mask.

Yup, I use a sleep mask to do this, too. It works great.

One time I put a tumbled blue-green opal in a folded bandana, centered it over my third eye, wrapped it around my eyes and tied it behind my head. I went to sleep and had a dream that I was wearing it around my head and that my daughter came to visit me.

Funny dream!

I once put a really sharp clear quartz under my pillow and when I woke up, my sheet where I put the crystal was ripped.
