It really depends on what you are looking for. If you simply want a brief (ish) natal report then Astro.com or other similar website is fine. There's also software out there which is good.
If you want an in-depth analysis with the opportunity to follow up with specific questions, then there is no substitute for a professional Astrologer. Some of the Astrological magazines such as the Journal of the Astrological Association of Great Britain contain adverts from reputable Astrologers. You could also do a Google of Astrologers in the Manchester area, or if you are prepared to use mail, telephone, email, etc. you can also search for Astrologers in the UK.
Look for someone with an Astrology qualification, such as Dip FAstrol (Diploma of the Faculty of Astrology) or a qualification from the Mayo School or a QHP, (Qualified Horary Practitioner). Obviously you will be charged for the consultation but as with many things, you get what you pay for.
