So how does get a custom avatar?

The answer is probably very simple and I will likely smack myself in the forehead for not getting it, but... well... I don't see the answer. Is it possible for me to use an avatar that isn't one of the four little lotuses I see there? If so, how? Thank you!

To have a custom avatar, you have to have at least 500 posts, but we ask that someone not spam the boards to get there. Although I am certain you wouldn't.
