A new take to learning the personalities of the cards. Happy Hour with the Tarot! What we can learn about the Tarot by examining the drinks that each card would have.
I'll start with a card, determine what they would drink based on their personality (doesn't have to be alcoholic) and why... And then pull a card and the next person will say what they think, and then pull a card...Hope this makes sense..

10 swords would certainly drink a hard liquor, but something cheap. A cheap whiskey to dull the pain I think!

The half finished beer sitting on the bar whos owner can't be found....
Eight of cups would be the last drink of the night, that beer where you know if you drink the rest it's all going to end badly, so you leave it on the bar and just walk away.
What would the two of cups drink?
A cappucchino and a latte, at an outdoor table at their favourite cafe on a sunny afternoon.
And the Empress? (remember she's probably pregnant, people!)

Since the Empress is often a Mother Nature type, how about fresh-squeezed juice? Or maybe a V-8 style vegetable cocktail? Something you might not think of right away, but that tastes good, and is good for you.

The male Devil would drink full-strength beer with scotch chasers. The Female Devil would by on tequila slammers all night. The underage Devil would be drinking on the beach at night with their mates, and they'd all be "on the goon". (Aussie slang for drinking foul cask white because it's cheap).

The Tower got so smashed last night that he doesn't remember anything, although a few of his friends have called to let him know he made a royal a** out of himself in front of God and everyone, insulted people, and smashed a window out of his best friend's car,,,,
this may well be the impetus that finally compels him to stop drinking.

I think the heirophant regularly ducks behind the altar to have a pull on the bottle of ceremonial wine... although I think he keeps bottles of holy water chilling in the fridge for when he is truly thirsty

A White Russian - strong vodka, Kahlua for the caffeine to say alert, and cream for kitty to lap up.
How about the Magician?
A complicated hot brandy, rum and coffee-based cocktail sweetened with five single grains of sugar lightly crushed and with a single stevia leaf floating on the surface. This would be served hot, in an Irish-coffee cup, with a high, thin, spiral Tower of stiff whipped cream piped in gorgeously first, then the hot liqueur poured carefully around it to make an island. Other would eat the cream and then drink the drink, but the Magician would sip it delicately, seeming to take endless time with it - only for his companions to find that by the time he had finished it, the heat from the liquid hadn't even begun to soften the foundations of hte tower.
