Similia, I think this verse has already been covered in the previous discussion. It was/is almost impossible to examine 46 & 47 in isolation (46 + 47 = 93 :)).
It might be better to move on to verse 48.
I suspected as much also, but thought I might as well post this verse seperately in case there's any other discussion to be had.

We might at least mention that in the original holograph manuscript, the first word 'have' was originally written as 'half', but crossed out. This would have made the phrase, 'they half the half', which might or might not influence the solution(s) to the verse.
If 61 is 'half of the half', the whole would be 244.
