Custom Avatars

I've seen some people with custom avatars, but I have no option in my User CP, just the set ones.

How do I get a custom avatar? Is it after so many posts or something??

Custom avatars is a 'reward' (among others such as being able to access Spirituality, Professional Tarot and contests and etc) that comes with subscribing to the site. Plus you would be contributing to keeping a great place going. :)
