Lorena Moore has made the book to accompany her Ironwing Tarot available for free download. It contains much more information about all the cards than the paper that came with the 22-card Majors version. Those are still available from the artist.

It is good to have that - I have the paper copy and scanned it to be on the safe side, but a proper pdf copy is an additional safety net I am pleased to have. Thanks Debra.

I see Lorena has added the message that she will not be reprinting the full deck - seems pretty definite about it.

Yes.

That's the professional thing to do. When you issue a limited edition, you're not supposed to keep printing more and more of them. You issue the number you said you'd produce, and that's that.

I agree, and I respect her for that stance. She's an amazing artist and I understand she's got other things on the go as well; not my thing but I hope they go as well as the IronWing did.

Thanks for posting that, Debra. I think the art in this deck is gorgeous. Wish it wasn't sold out.

This is the book that came with the full deck isn't it?

Excellent to have another copy - my original is getting rather dog-eared! But then thats good, it shows that it is used and enjoyed.

I can't wait for her black cat oracle deck to come out.

Yes- I agree and respect her all the more for sticking to it. I find the deck to be amazing and I don't doubt she could sell a great many more copies but she is being very honourable in keeping to her original decision.

I too look forward to the Black Cat Oracle - I must remember to check the website regularly to see when it is to be made available.

I agree that a Limited Edition should remain a Limited Edition.

I only am bummed that I wasn't "on the ball" while it was available :(
I will study her amazing gift of a free download of her book and try to learn the deck and what it has to teach me that way...
until, hopefully someday, the deck decides it wants to live with me in person! ;)

What a generous person Lorena is to share her book with everyone!

I'll bet a LOT of people are downloading it, as I keep getting a timed out, or error message. Last night it almost finished, but not quite. Today, it barely gets started. Maybe we ATers overloaded her?? ;)

Or maybe it's just my pathetic internet provider....

(the worst things of living in the boonies... spotty internet service, and skunks).
