I paid to renew my subscription TWICE and now I can no longer see the subscriber forums. Any suggestions on what I should do?

When was your payment, HS? Solandia might not have had a chance to get it sorted out yet.

On May 4th & I made another Payment today. I got so frustrated that I just paid by credit card and asked her to delete my other two payments.

That is a while, but I think she's not got constant internet access at the moment so it might be another couple of days. Maybe another of the mods might know more.
