This site really caters to beginners. Good articles and you can sign up for free personal transit updates and a free new moon report each month.

www.mountainastrologer.com
They have an excellent beginner series of articles posted online and a bulletin board.

www.artcharts.com
Lots here too, including a delineation of the daily aspects (and major aspect charts) plus a write-up of the cosmic week ahead. Nice site.

www.innerself.com
This is a total metaphysical site that includes an astrology portion.
