I was at the library last week and decided to see what they had in the tarot section. I decided to check out Mary K. Greer's "21 Ways to Read a Tarot Card."

I'm just curious if any of you have any advice or pointers on what to focus on in the book. Those of you that have read it, did you just start at page one and then work your way through? I'm still new to reading so I don't want to dive in too deep and get overwhelmed.

There's a Study Group here (http://www.tarotforum.net/forumdisplay.php?f=147) for the book that you might want to visit.

You can do whatever feels right for you :) Personally I worked through the book in order all the apprentice and then the adept - it just made sense that way to me as the exercises build on each other.

Thank you very much, irisa.

I realized after posting this that someone had just asked about the same book right before I did.

I'll join in the study thread this weekend! :)
