If you do a search on amazon and then sort the results by publication date then you can usually figure out what is coming up soon. Not that it helps with self published decks but people usually find those anyway...

I only really know of one oracle deck coming out this year - the Sacred World Oracle by the same person who made the Goddess Tarot. It looks really lovely, I am looking forward to it being released, but the artists website does not give a date.

This is a new deck that looks really interesting - Voice of Trees by the same person as the well worn path. It says it was meant to be released by Llewellyn 2010 - obviously it hasn't been and this is the first time I have seen it:
