Emperor & his Xmas bauble/orb/world?

Hi expert - on looking closely at his orb/world - it seems to have a hanging wire, like an xmas bauble, any thoughts?

Does the river being dried up on is left/intuitive side reflect he is no longer in his intuitive side but using the 'driving' force of the river in his active/male side? Also - the rams head on the left side seems to have closed eyes, is this the same meaning or did PCS just miss filling in his eye do you think?

Oops, just noticed soemthing else,why do you think there is a ram head on his left shoulder and not his right?
