Rozekwarts -> Rosequartz??

Yesterday, I got a rozekwarts for my birthday. I really love that stone. But when one of my best friends held it, it changed of color. It was really weird. I've never seen it. Do one of you know why that stone changed of color?

My wife, who is the nearest thing we have in our house to a Crystals expert, thinks it might well be negative energy or vibrations that cause it to change colour. It is a calming crystal and if your friend was negatively charged - stress, hard day at work or in the home, etc - it might well be reacting to that.

Did it make a cracking sound or indeed any sound?


How did the colour change - did it go paler or deeper?

No, it didn't make any sound. It just changed of color.
The color was deeper, more grey/blue. It was really weird. By two of my friends turned the stone into grey/blue and by my best friend, it stayed the same.

A rosequarts stands for love and friendship, isn't it?
A few months ago, I didn't like the stone, but now I'm really drawn to it. Do you got an explanation for that? Maybe this is a dumb question, but do I maybe need more love and affection, or will I start a new relationship, or, or, or...
