What deck is this ? Can you help ?

I don't know if it's tarot or oracle, but it looks interesting ! Do any of you guys know what deck its from ?

And once again, I am clueless. I am pretty sure that I don't own this deck, which would already eliminate a few hundred decks.

I'd guess that this is Goddess Hecate as The Hermit and this card appears to be trimmed (not sure why I'm thinking this but I am!)

I'll check back here because I'm keen to know.

ETA : I only figured this out because the OP said Tarot or Oracle. I assumed it was a Hermit Card.
