I just got these cards and I know I had browsed the site where it had the photos of the individual specimens used to create the effect.
Now it is giving an error message:
The shop www.thesecretworldofcrystals.com could not be found. Would you like to create it?

Does anyone know if it is gone for good, or moving to a new host?

http://www.crystalskulls.com/secret-world-crystals.html offers *some* of the images I think you're looking for. (I don't know what was on the site that isn't working.) My guess is that the original site is permanently dead since its Facebook page has been defunct since 2010 and no longer includes any website information, and Lee's YouTube channel is likewise defunct.
