stones for better doc/patient communication?

At first glimpse this question may seem odd, but...
Are there any stones one could carry or wear that would promote better doctor/patient communication...Stones that get both on the same wavelength?

Would I be right to think the roles could be reversed?

In other words, would particularly the blue lace agate help the patient to relate to a doctor. I'm thinking of those 1st consulations where it can be overwhelming to even manage to talk.
