quartz crystal weight loss spell

Hello :)

Ive been trying to lose some weight for a while and came across this spell on the internet ~ i love the way it uses a quartz crystal. It is very effective and simple to do :). The quartz seems to be a great tool for sustaining will power and i havent felt the need to cave in as in past attempts!

These are great! Talk about self-empowerment! I especially like the binding spell for the fridge :)
