Cluster Readings

This is a new idea that is similar to Your Readings, but a group activity that is aimed at enhancing objectivity, intuition, and the learning of card comparisons and meanings. Reader, sitter, and lurker can greatly benefit. :D

How this works:

The thread-starter will take requests by PM from sitters who will remain anonymous to (3) volunteer readers. First come, first serve sitters!- with questions and/or spreads, as well as general readings- you will work this out with the thread-starter. Sitters are not to reveal themselves to anyone but the thread-starter.

Three (3) volunteer readers can then sign up to join the reading group. The thread-starter will dictate which spread or number of cards should be drawn to answer the querent's question. The deck the reader chooses must be different from the other readers' deck choices in the thread.

**The readers are going to pull their own cards, but must follow the format of the spread, number of cards pulled, etc. - thread-starter will let you know what to do once the sitter is chosen.

Moderation has informed me that it's best to have the readers start their own threads (as it's the rules) for their own readings to the sitter. You can mark your threads by labeling it something such as, "[Your screenname]'s Cluster Reading/Amanda_04's Cluster - End of April 2012" - if you are familiar with the Reading Circles, you are already familiar with this format.

So to recap...

Sitters:
-Send your query to the thread-starter with your question, spread (if any, or one will be chosen), etc.
-Do not reveal yourself until all readers have posted their reading for you.
-Do provide each reader with as much detailed feedback as you can comfortably provide in public; however, you may PM the reader with feedback if sensitive information arises.
-Please make note of the deadline to provide your feedback to the readers.

Readers:
-Sign up with your chosen deck in this thread.
-Start your own thread titled as, "[Your screenname]'s Cluster Reading/Amanda_04's Cluster - End of April 2012"
-Please make note of the deadline to provide your reading.
-If you are feeling helpful :D you can come back here and post the link to your thread, so that I can organize them all into one post where they are easy to find for onlookers.
-Ideally, you would provide links to a (legal!) site that holds pictures of your decks, or provide your own pictures... however, I realize this may not be possible for everyone, and that not all decks will be available on the internet. So, I will do my best to bring these things together for the ease of future research, reference, and learning -- (in other words, don't sweat it, if you simply can't do it!) :)

Once all this is done, and time permits, I will do my best to provide a summary in this thread of all the readings highlighting main points, and any similar points the readers have made.

Thanks to everyone for participating this round in a timely manner :)

I've printed off the readings and will be going through them tonight to come up with a summary.

I won't be doing a Cluster group for the beginning of May. My birthday and Mother's Day are coming around during that time, so I'm taking a vacation. :D If anyone else would like to facilitate a Cluster group reading, please feel free to do so.

Polyhymnia says things have run their course and she feels you want more; everything and anything that the sun and moon have to offer you. SA12 says you hope for a change in circumstances; to come out on top of what is currently in flux.

Kgirl says you have many opportunities and choices and maybe you know what you want, but don't know how to make it happen. Ohh three my favourite number, (me a three, Polyhymnia the 3rd muse). 'Three' lines to a triangle; a symbol for power and safety and also sometimes success and prosperity.

Three is the birthing of true wisdom.
It is a symbol of the unity of body, mind and spirit;
The three divisions of time - past, present and future.
The three persons in grammar - me, myself and I.
The sum of all human ability is threefold - thought, word and deed.

This suggests to me perhaps Mainegirl, that you are/will (be) lack/ing one of the sides of the triangle to make this happen. So a question to ask yourself;
Are the sum of my parts working together towards unified glory?

What's really interesting here.. is the Ace and 2/pent surrounding the World. The World adds to 3, the Ace and 2 are in sum a 3... they sum to 6 (balance) of unified aspects. If you look at this from a spiritual context in regards to the World, there is divine union present - so.. pulling together my life and it's various aspects (work plus family) would give a 'whole' picture.

Very 'watery' cards here, with repeating Death seems significant. I do need change! 13 also signifies the rotation of moons in a year - my year ends/starts Today! 3 is present here, but paired with 1. I just heard yesterday from a cluster of applications, all the same job but in different locations - they're seriously considering my application :) May is also full of really strong Scorpio influences, the solar eclipse and planetary transits that warn people that if they try and hold on to past ideas, patterns etc this month will be very uncomfortable for them...

I can't help but think this again, is highlightening the journey I've been on this past year to really focus on what I *love* to do, making that a priority, and doing what I need to do to make it happen!
