Can anyone tell me more about how the links exchange thing works? Do I just ask other sites to exchange links with me? What kinds of sites should I ask? I don't think sites like Llewellyn and other publishers do link exchanges, do they? This may seem like a dumb question, but I've never done any of that type thing before. I can link those sites to mine which sends them potential customers but in order to drive traffic to my site from theirs, they have to link to me, right?
