I have Saturn Pisces in 12. house in trine with Venus in Leo in 5th house.

Does that make me a girlfish? (better than selfish)

Are you sure about this thread? I really don't see what you're getting at and I'm sure others don't either, as you've not received any responses.

If it's a bit of codology then I might say that it shows you're the prisoner (twelfth House) of a romantic (fifth House) play (Venus) on Astrological structures (Saturn)

Or it might be that you're throwing in a red herring to distract us and leave us flounder-ing But it's not really my plaice to say that
