Deck ID, Please

My son bought this deck at a thrift store. The box is plain red. The text you see is the name and address of the previous owner, I believe. All the backs are the same. I am wondering if anybody ha ever seen this deck and can tell me what it is.

I just did a search for fun. I cropped your picture down to show only the back. I found the original painting used, but no deck.

I wonder if the persons name printed on the box made the deck?
