Hey, I didn't know it was working again. Or I should say, that link didn't work for months for me, so I haven't tried it lately.

I can get in now to enter my Nickname, and it goes to the little chat screen, but it is "Unable to Connect to Server".

I'm glad I saw this message, Umbrae...I'll have to start checking Chat again, now that I can get in!

I had troubles with the link at first, but now I use HydraIRC and everything is all right. By the way, HydraIRC (http://www.hydrairc.com/) is free, in case you were wondering.

mIRC puts you in a different room.

If person A goes into http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/chat/index2.html (which works sometimes) and you use mIRC to access #tarot in *.oz.org...you are in differnt rooms, and cannot talkt to each other...

I didn't know there were two different links to connect with Internet. I don't know... so far I use HydraIRC and I dont recall having problems with it. mIRC is not free, so I don't use it, I can't comment on it. So far, I use the us.oz.org, the other ones are not very fonctional.

Really? Because when I tried it out, quite a while ago, it kept saying it was shareware and that I had 30 days to pay. I couldn't even make it work. HydraIRC is really free, no nag screen, and it took me less than 5 minutes to make it work. The look is great with neat icons. I'll never come back to mIRC.
