I'm a big fan of game of thrones, do you have a link to the cards your talking about? The cards I could find in Amazon where playing cards and as far as I know no official decks, most are fan projects for tarot cards, never seen an Oracle one, someone has made and completed a tarot deck on deviant art for pre order, self published I think other than that I haven't ever found any other's for sale.
What I saw in Amazon are some base decks and then expansions. The main gain is like $45.00. The cards have some key words and descriptions. I will look for more information, and will get back here.
