arthritis

I suffer from psoriatic arthritis (joy joy joy) 10% of people with psoriasis will be afftected by arthritis & I was one of the chosen. Does anyone know of any crystals &/or herbs that can help?

Don't really know of any crystals or herbs but I know I've treated my mum with reflexology for arthritis with very good results. She has lumbar and cervical arthritis and it can get very severe.

My mother always wore a copper and magnet bracelet, and she swore by it for her's.

I have a mild case (so far) of carpal tunnel, which flares up on occasion, but I have not yet tried her bracelet to see if it would help for that. I have the tarnish that rubs off from the copper.
