After wanting this deck on and off for over 10 years I now have a large deck in the mail as we speak (thanks starsongs)!
Looking forward to posting in here with you all and you will probably see lots of questions being posted in here by me as I know nothing about the deck.
It's all so exciting...like being a beginner :D :D :D

Ooooooo! I have the standard sized deck, but I am keen to go large. LOL. :) I know that you will love it!!!! ;)

That is great news TemperanceAngel! We shall certainly look forward to you joining us in the study group whenever you decide to jump in! I have the large Thoth, which I understand is easier to see the detail in the cards. I didn't really know that you could get a more normal size one until recently. I am going to keep my eye out for one of these as it might be easier to shuffle and spread out for readings. :)
Hope you enjoy your new deck! I just love the artwork and can look at it for hours.

Congratulations on your new large deck - I'd been using my smaller deck and when I received my new large deck I couldn't believe all the details that I had been missing - it was like looking at a new deck - its also the only large deck I own that I can shuffle with ease. :)

My deck is in the mail also! I expect it in tomarrow or Thursday. I bought the small version, but as soon as I get enough I am going to a shop called "The Crystal Connection" in Indian Rocks, FL and buying the Large AG Muller (Blue Box) cards for study.

OMG! The mail came, and my deck wasnt there :( . I am so sad. The Barnes and Noble page says: "A partner facility notified us to expect your package for mailing (July 7, 2004)" GRRR! I am Mad.

HOORAY my deck is here and not just the deck but the most beautiful card as well from starsongs which she created herself and I am going to get framed. :D

No, it hasnt come yet :( BUT! I went to Barnes and Noble and bought the deck! I am going to exchange the deck for money when it comes in the mail. I think this was the way it was meant to be, considering I had EXACT Change and money for the deck. One more penny and I wouldnt have been able to get it! Cool how things work out, huh?
Anyway, my first impressions are amazing! I love it. Its almost as if I already know the cards, like we are already family. I have the deck next to me, so let me ask it if it wants to be my companion and deck for life, shuffling now............................................... ......
8 of disks. Prudence. Hmmm, I must be responsible with them, and we will grow together. Lemme ask how it wants to be treated........................................... ...............................................

I am so amazed at the deck. It is the perfect size for my hands! I cannot rave about it enough.
Well, I am going to keep shuffling and getting to know them!

It sounds as though you have really connected with the deck!!!! Cool. I see that impatience got the better of you and you rushed out to buy it! Hehehe. :)

Haven't had much of a chance to look through the deck, but love the colors and images.
Funnily enough on Saturday which was the first day of my 6 week Tarot course which I am running, someone came with a Thoth, even though everyone brings RWS.....
