I've just checked my folder and I'm watching 97 threads!! at bit too many I think.
How do I stop watching some of them, or do you just leave the list to grow?

It's in Edit Options
Fourth category down called 'Default Thread Subscription Mode'

another possibility is if you are getting notification mais that there are new posts on the threads you are watching. In those mails, besides the link to the thread, there is a link to stop watching that particular thread :)
