View Full Version : Titania Fortune Cards
Can anyone help me? I am new here and I have been learning how to read the Titania Fortune Cards for about two months now.
I drew seven cards today for myself and came up with this.
cross, lily, book, fish, anchor, fox, garden.
I think I know what it means, but can anyone else clarify or give me any ideas to what this may mean?
I'd be very grateful for some help.

Hi Dela
Welcome to Aeclectic.
I don't have the Titania as I read with the Lenormand cards but I understand that Titania were based on the Lenormand (although, I find there are some differences in meanings).
I will get back to you later with my interpretation, and hopefully, meanwhile, you will hear from some Titania readers.

An idea Dela..
Why don't you post your reading for these cards and I'm sure others will help out with any that you want an opinion on.

I don't think it's a good idea to use so many cards when you start using Petite LeNormand. There is a spread that uses all the deck, per exemple, and I suggest you don't use it. Even this spread you're using has too many cards. Three or four cards is just what you need. You can start by using meanings for each position, like: 1 - The situation, 2 - What to do/what it is about, 3 - What not to do/What it is not about, 4 - What will happen. Once you deal better with the cards, you can just put together three cards together as the answer to your question, like the spread you just used.
The problem can be the deck you're using, you might find the deck ugly and uninspiring. There are many other Petit LeNormand decks out there you can use instead of the Titania and still use her book (Titania's).

Hi dela, I'll give it a go for you, the lily & book together suggests writing or money earned through books in some way and with the fish next to it this seems to support it, thinking of writing a book? The anchor suggests money will be secure but then we have the fox next to that so I would not reveal all my plans to any one at the moment, the garden and the cross tie all this together as being work related and it seems to be a destined thing you have the blessings of a higher power. The thing I have learned most with this deck and in particular 7 card readings, is not to read them in a straight line like you would a book, I know Titania say's you should but some times it's not feasible let them speak to you, whatever card jumps out first read it and then tie in the rest. This is more with the 7 card readings as I find the whole deck spread is easier to read in lines I hope this helps you and please join our weekly Lenormand/Titania Draws held every Monday with a week to post your thoughts.
for the comments to all of you. I appreciate it very much. It's all new for me.
The comments on what they meant were very interesting.
Thanks again.

cross, lily, book, fish, anchor, fox, garden.
My thoughts on this spread are that there is a an unknown job coming up, one which will make you quite secure with money. (it could be publishing a book or a job as yet unapplied for). Keep this information to yourself, don't tell all your friends about your applying for a job and you will find it successful. (too many people know of the vacancy and the chances of getting the job lessen).
I have done a reading for a friend and I was a bit confused to what this meant. I know that with the road and the rider on the same reading it must mean some sort of travel or direction with a friend, but could anyone confirm this or tell me what they think?
The reading was:
road, dog, ship, house, clover, rider, mouse
I'd appreciate some advice on this.
Thanks
