Is there a way to turn off the email notification that you have a PM? (to save me deleting them because I've already read my PM's :D)
Yes, go into User CP.
On the left hand column there is Edit Options.
Under Private Messaging there is a tick box that lets you turn on or off email notification for PMs.

There are quite a number of options, including the 'skin' or look of the Forums, how many posts you would to display per page, etc.
