Avatars

Please can someone tell me how to upload a different avatar? thanks - from a ludite!

Click on your User CP in upper left corner of Talk window....

Go down to

Edit Avatar...and

Follow instructions...

One box is "no avatar"

Then the drop down boxes with those that are available to you depending upon the number of posts you have. Only those you are eligible for will appear. Put a dot in the box of the one you want

go down to bottom and

Click on

Submit..

If you are eligible for a custom avatar...it needs to be a "true" avatar...pixels size is quite small...so if you have one saved in your pictures folder or on your desktop...click a dot in "use custom avatar" and then click on browse until you find your avatar..and double click it and the link will appear in the browse box...

Hit

Submit

And it will upload...if needs resizing you will be given an message with the dimensions...

At present, I see you are not eligible to use a custom avatar but there are many to choose from...
