How about the worst oracle deck?
For starters, avoid The Isis Oracle by David Taylor Brown, which contains some things that might be okay, such as a year calendar for auspicious days and an amulet, but the cards are not actually useful-- small, boring, mostly unillustrated, and no suggestions about how to use them.

A lot of the Buckland oracle cards seem to have been done hastily and way on the cheap.

There is also not much there that make the cards unique.

You can get better results from the Ray Buckland Gypsy Fortune Telling book, a set of dominos and some regular playing cards.
