Well, you HAVE to watch for this one. It's still in progress but believe me, you will want to have it when it's finished! :-)

Check it out:

Just found the new link to the site where you have thumbs of the cards, so it may be easier to view:

Beautiful!!! Nice stuff! Glad to hear you'll be publishing!

Looks like your a fan of the Thoth just glancing at some of the symbolism.

Will you do minors also? Just incredible, whats your media?

Very delicate and well thought out...

Just popping in for the moment but will be checking in here and there to see where your at, and when you publish :D

Hi there.

Just to clear out one one thing. I am not the author. The author is Stephanie Pui-Mun Law. I am just a humble fan of her work. And yes, she is planning to do the whole deck and publish it for sale. But since she is a professional artist, she doesn't have much time to work on the deck as she would like to, since she is often comissioned to do other work.

Oh, yes - the medium is watercolour.

There are 3 or 4 other threads about this deck. One is here: http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?p=433525&highlight=pui+mun#post433525

Sorry. This is a big forum and we cannot expect everyone to read everything. You see, the person above in this thread who replied to my post didn't know about the cards. :-)

Just trying to be helpful. No need to thank me.

I've just read my reply and it DOES seem harsh and brisque, but that was not my intention. So thank you for pointing out the fact that there are other threads about this deck. In fact, I really didn't know that and I read the thread at the link you posted - was really helpful to find out more about the artist I admire. So I apologize if my post was a bit off-putish - that was not my intention.
Love,
spunch :-)

That's okay, spunch. I have found the "search" feature to be a wonderful tool. I knew I had seen something else about this deck somewhere so I did a search and pulled up several threads.

these are amazing works of art -- just gorgeous and just glancing thru, cover the essense of the cards :)

These are magnificent. And the watercolor makes this piece stand out and give it a beautiful ancient feel to it. The strength card in this has to be my favorite. The orb and the way the lion was drawn and colored just makes me step back and say "wow". I can't wait till this is published.

Ah such is the problem with just "popping in" at AT ;)

I tend not to read the instructions, but just oogle the images...

If anyone can get the artist on AT I'd love to chat with them

(nod nod wink wink)

Have you seen them, the ace of wands and the ace of cups? I was a bit concerned that the minors wouldn't be as pretty as the majors.
But I find them really wonderful.

Whoa. Just whoa.

I love this deck. I love the colors and the playful illustrations. I love the whole feel to it. I can't wait for it to get published! — although if it were published soon, I don't think there'd be much of a difference because I don't have a lot of spending money, anyway. :P
