what do you guys know about bio-rythms? Josh told me to look into it yesterday as I was feeling incapable of doing anything and acording to the chart my physical was going way down, and my emotional and intellectual were crossing.

I do my bio-rhythm at the start of each month, print it out and keep it in my journal. I used to work them out myself but its much easier to let the pc do the work :) The site I use is Web-O-Rhythm http://www.qns.com/html/weborhythm/
I find that they are usually spot on :)
yeah, but, what are they? how do they figure them out? What does it mean when your itelligence is at 0% etc? I don't get it.
