an overwhelming present

Yesterday my friend gave me an eight inch smokey amberish crystal wand. It's carved and polished from brazilian quartz and I had been drooling over it at the rock your world store. I was surprised because she thinks its "just a pretty rock".

I've washed our the well water and put it on a bed of fresh picked sage. I'm going to introduce it next week on the full moon. Any other preparation suggestions? Thanks
