Website to Find Crystals, etc.

I am looking for a website that sell crystals. Like Ameyst(sp) that type of thing. I couldn't find any websites in the threads I looked at. So, any help would be very helpful. Thanks!

Hi...If specific webite recommendations is what you looking for hopefully someone knows a few let you know. People have definitely mentioned stores on this site...but these may be trickier to find indeed...in the meantime there are stores with websites on the net...simply do a search on the net...or try www.ebay.com.. lots of crystal and rocks there.

Since I'm in Los Angeles, I have access to discount vendors for gemstones downtown and gem shows. As far as I can tell, the souces I've noted have competetive prices with the gem shows and a great selection of the type of stones used in healing/magick. I've been very happy with my purchases. About the only thing I'd hesitate to buy from them is a crystal ball for scrying, as that is something you need to look at in person, imo.

For cut gemstones, it's hard to beat a gem show or the folks downtown. Web sources seem more expensive to me and the few purchases I've made of jewelry quality cut stones has been disappointing so I don't do that any more.
