Full View of 8 of Wands in Flight

Here is a drawing I made of the VIII WANDS card,
showing the full size of the eight Wands in flight:

The first thought that came to me is how prominent
the single Wand that seems to lag behind appears...
one of those things that any child would see instantly.

To me this is one of those cards that is so easy it's not.
Anyway I just wanted to share my sketch. Thoughts..?

I also noticed the gap between the bottom two and the next two.

As I was sitting here looking at your sketch, for the first time seeing them as whole wands, I realised I had never thought of the power behind them.
There had to be 8 people or things propelling them forward and at different strengths and speeds.
I had always thought of them as a whole, never individual.
It puts a new slant on the meaning for me.

That is certainly a barrage of wands that will bring anybody or anything down. I never thought of the strength of the in flight barrage of wands.
I always thought of it as something that was on its way that you had started. Now I realize that nothing can stop anything once the 8 of wands is on its way. So in other words think about it before you set it off whatever it is. Sidestep or just plain run away ! How interesting.

Nice job Fulgour!

Such a simple exercise; but so revealing.

Thanks!

Thank you Fulgour- The killer thwack is just after the wounding lol, seriously though the sustained attack will last fractionally longer than you expect. It is interesting that the seven wands are evenly balanced. Seven the number of the universe and completeness-seven planets and all that. Then the eighth wand, who/what is that rogue wand? Has any noticed there are 78 tiny leaves on these eight wands? Now eight is the goal of the initiate having passed through seven stages. ~Rosanne
...and rumballs to anyone who says one can read far to much into these cards :D

and then there's the 9 of Wands head-banger...

Here's a simple (and very revealing) something to check,
and all you need is a ruler, but here it's the 9 of Wands:

Do you notice how of the eight standing Wands the one
that touches the IX Numeral is the tallest? Now measure
the one the man is holding, and then see how high that
would go if stood up there alongside of the other eight.

It would stand higher than the top border of the card.
What an interesting new slant on the guy's bandage...
high, higher, highest ~ or then maybe a little too high!
