How do I know when my Subscription ends?

ACK!!! I have this feeling that my subscription is due by I also have the feeling that we may get an email regarding this?

I cant use or see my email at the moment :(

Is it a hassle to get a pm about when my subscription is due? I dont want to be shut out!!! Ambulances are expensive!!! :P

Can a moddie help here please!
