how many past lifes?

Is was wondering;
is there a spread to know how many past lifes I have got?
Or maybe one over a persons gardening angel?

I haven't done a past life reading before so I can't recommend a specific spread but if you look at the Tarot Spreads index, there is a section called Karmic and Past Life. You may find something there to suit you.

It would be interesting to here from others what type of spread they use though, and how effective they are.
