Problem with viewing new posts added to a thread

Today I had two times problems with new posts that I cannot see.
I made a post in the Led Zeppelin thread in Talking Tarot. I got email notification that someone had responded to the thread after me. I could also see that on the tarotforum homepage, as last new post in the Talking Tarot forum. However, when I go to that thread, I still see my own post as the last post in that thread - I cannot see the new post.
I also had this problem with another thread today, I think in the Chat forum but I don't remember which one...never had this before.

Does anyone else have this or know what to do about it ?!

Sometimes when viewing using the 'Default number of posts per page', the last post vanishes until someone posts again - then BINGO (like the dog) it appears (arf arf arf!).

This can be soved by changing the number of posts per page. I no longer use 'pages', having all posts displayed on one page.

Ah yes, thanks Umbrae, now I can see the post ! I think it was indeed at the end of a page.

Aha! Odd--I was just about to post the same problem. Thanks for the info. Problem solved.
