...how the heck to you edit this to customize it? I see it all the time, I went into my CP & can't find a thing to change it! :( Help!

User CP -> Edit Profile -> Custom User Title

Go into UserCP then into 'edit profile'

Scroll down to 'Custom user title'

Type in what you'd like and click 'Save changes' at the bottom of the page.
