rainbow obsidian, lucky find

I was gardening a week or so ago, and while gathering large rocks for a wall, found this big rainbow obsidian. (my home's previous owners were rock hounds and put many nice specimens in the garden to line pathways etc, I have found many sizable chunks of regular obsidian, but this was the largest)

Here are a couple of photos of it. (I have it in my bedroom now, hoping for some good vibes:)) I scrubbed it with a brush, but it still has some dirt. I love it anyway.

Wow Prudence! Lucky you to find this in your own backyard. Its such a nice large piece too. I have never seen rainbow obsidian before, does it have similar qualities of the plain obsidian?

I can summarize a bit by saying it is similar in its protective qualities to regular obsidian, and also has the added effects of bringing pleasure and happiness. (there's more to it than just this though)
