Aquarian Tarot 7 of Cups Skydiver

It took me awhile, and some imagination, to finally
figure that on the Aquarian Tarot 7 of Cups there
was a SKYDIVER included in the fantastical group.

But maybe I'm wrong~ or then even if I'm right it's
not about me anyway, it's Palladini. So, what's up?

I always saw that as a deep-sea diver's helmet with the air hoses coming out. Either could be interesting in a reading.

a deep-sea diver definitely. maybe palladini was on drugs when he painted this card? (digging out all the stereotypes about the 60s/70s - not that i remember them, at least not the 60s)

I think David Palladini was having a bit of fun.
The parachute ends up over the diver's head
so that it looks just like the shrouded figure...

Deep Sea Divers don't wear shaded goggles!

If you are still looking closely at your Aquarian deck, I wonder what you make of the stylized flower on the Lovers card. It is on the lower right of the card inside a tiny frame. To me it looks like bleeding heart

which could mean vulnerability, the sensitivity necessary to make an emotional connection etc. But maybe it is just a pretty flower.

It is a very beautiful design indeed. It could mean a lot of things I suppose. What struck me first as I looked at it is the way it is made from a combination of curves and angles. A metaphor for the interrelationship between male and female?
