All Kinds of Questions

[All kinds of questions are occurring to me lately. I guess I am in a "Knight of Coins" phase in my life! Some are tarot-related, some are not...]

This one is, sort of; that is, maybe... I don't know... Anyway, here it is:

Was Brian Williams ever a member of Aeclectic? Did anyone here know him? What was he like?

I can't remember Brian Williams ever being a member of the forum.

Not actually knowing, but exchanged emails...

Did anyone here know him? What was he like?

Even though I attended one conference he was at, I was too new to tarot and didn't know him at all. I guess I missed out, from hearing talk from others who knew or travelled with him in the past.

Nicest 'teacher'-style interaction through e-mail... that answered questions cheerfully if you were on the same forum e-list. Friendly and humorous if it was a funny thread. The old list was run by the author of the ComparativeTarot back in the early 2000 timeframes...I never knew him in person.

I liked his books as guides and enjoy the Light and Shadow Tarot.

I was never able to do much with his art decks, but enjoyed his books. I like the Minchiate deck-book where he inscribed the book.

Possibly others who've been around a lot longer than myself could share more personal notes.
