Where to buy from Australia

All you Australian ATs out there Hi! Wondering if you could tell me where you buy on-line from. Normally I buy from the book depository in the UK. I can't fault them, the service is wonderful and so is the price, as well as the free postage, but I am requiring books and decks they dont have in stock. I dont want anywhere I will have to wait months.

Do you know the waiting time from Amazon, or has anyone had experience from Metaphysical Books in South Australia? Or anywhere else......

Information would be gratefully appreciated!

Amazon can sometimes be quite quick, considering... but other times I have had to wait 8-10 weeks for some things, and I am not the most patient of individuals so

Thanks heaps for that GeorgiePorgie, will look into Metaphysical I think. I have tried Etheria, cant remember just how long I waited for my order, but it was quite a long time.

When you have to wait so long , you generally have lost interest by the time it comes, your mind is generally on the next item that your wanting.

A friend of mine used to get books from the Theosophical Society book store in Melbourne mailed to her.

I don't think they have an actual online store though, I think she used to ring up and ask if they had it in-store then they would mail it to her if they had it.

If you're a member of the ATS (not sure from your online name), and cannot get to Tarot Café in Melbourne, let me know and if items are in stock at the wholesalers, you can get them from the Association (at discounted price - US and UK members likewise, but usually you're better off getting it from Tarot Garden, as postage from Melbourne is prohibitive).

Thanks for that greenfrog, and the offer jmd, I come from the opposite end of the country to you, so dont see myself getting to Melboune in the near future.

Postage costs are shocking here in Australia, so I take advantage anytime I can for the free postage deals!

Try the Adyar Bookshop in Sydney - also associated with the Theosophical society. They have an online store.

I think you can order directly from Brumby books, who are a wholesaler, but I'm not sure.
