Yes, I'm having problems, too. I tried to access their website about five hours ago and again just now and was unsuccessful.

I have been awaiting a reply from Jeannette and now wonder if the delay is related to these "technical" issues with the website.

I just had the same problem....

I bought a deck a couple of weeks ago from them with a 'broke' card in it and in her July 10 response she said she'd been manning a table in Minnesota, and
