View Full Version : North American Raffle: Tarot of the Witches
Disclaimer: I'm sorry and I really hate that I must put this restriction on this, but it needs to be in North America only...unless you personally want to pay shipping and handling which I really don't think is fair but I can't afford to post overseas :(
A friend who gave me the Karma also wanted to give me this particular one, truthfully though I don't like it and never have. I offered to either raffle or see if I could sell. Her response was she didn't care she just didn't want it.
Okay so this is the actually deck: Tarot of the Witches (http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/tarot-of-the-witches/), it is in it's original box which has been through hell and back and looks like it. However she has said she has had this deck for almost ten years, with her it means it has seen several parts of the country and has moved at least 10-20 times in that time period.
The cards are all there and are in good to excellent condition. There is also the little white booklet that come with the deck, it is a bit rough but honestly not bad. SHE will drawn the card that makes the decision as to where this will find a happy home....she however doesn't realize it yet. ;)

successgoodhealth---I was going to pay shipping within North America, since she isn't working at the moment. It was really for anyone outside the North America that I couldn't really afford to pay for shipping and handling.

Come one come all in North America, it is a free deck with free shipping here! Besides it is the James Bond 007 deck (or something along that line...since I have never watched one in my entire life I have no idea).

You may, and I'll pass that on to my friend who it actually belongs to for a short time longer. ;)
A small treat for the winner of this, it seems that successgoodhealth has a softbook 96 page book that goes with this deck. :)
If no one objects I'm willing to close this earlier so that I can draw the winner sooner. If you want to join in please do so within the next twenty-four hours, I'll talk to my friend to see if she'll draw the winning card.

Yes it is still on I talked to my friend she said she would come over this coming weekend to draw so I'm leaving the dates a long.
She did also ask that only the cards that were picked be drawn out. I was going to go through picking those out for her since she doesn't know who has what then let her draw from that small stack that has the cards that each of you picked. Less time consuming all the way around.
If anyone else wants in on the drawing you have until this Friday to pick cards. The list is up to date to here. If I missed someone please let me know.

Oh thank you, Tabi!!! I'm so excited about this, because I don't have anything like it!! I just looked up more photos of the deck online, and I think it's wonderful. It's a quirky deck, and I'm a quirky girl, and I promise that it will not be neglected... I enjoyed hearing that the deck is well-travelled, I was a military child and have also done a lot of moving and travelling all over the country. I think we're going to get along great.
Once again, I can't thank you enough, and please thank your friend for me as well. I wish we ALL could have won! (butimreallygladitsme)

I got my deck today, and I love it! It's funky, colorful, and a little off-the -wall.... and it feels at home here already.
And as a surprise, Tabi also sent a beautiful royal-purple spread cloth from Tarot Totoes that I adore. The color is so rich, and being a solid, it will go so well with so many of my decks. And as a final (and SUPER) surprise, she also sent a tiger eye pendulum. I wonder how she knew I had been eyeballing them lately, telling myself that I really wanted to try using one!!

Wow am I slow...most welcome Dana, the tiger's eye seemed like a stroke of luck on my part, but truthfully I was ordering several and thought I should add one for you also. ;) So apparently someone was talking to me! I'm glad you love the spread cloth! :) It was a last minute decision on my part, but I'm glad I did send it.
