The odd chariot card

I noticed with the classic tarot deck designs the chariot card has an odd looking chariot or that it poorly resembles a chariot. The wheels are missing, the chariot cart looks like its resting on the ground, the reigns are missing, and I've never seen a chariot with a canopy over it, and some will have lions pulling it.

Which 'Tarot Classic' are you referring to?In terms of the Chariot not having reigns, that is very standard, as is the canopy.
