There is lots to pick up on this fellow, but not lots is known about his early life, perhaps some of you will fill in a few details. This guy should be fun.
He is dead. He was born in the 20th century, positively modern here. That is all you get for now..
Look for his death, his career, life changing events and perhaps a month or 2 of the year...
Just for fun...if any of the first 5 players get him on thier FIRST guess I will give them a Phantom Quartz Crystal as a prize ;)

I don't know what a phantom quartz crystal is but I'm game - we know I like a fun competition :D
King of Wands/base of T of P... He was a very energetic inspiring person. He had great spirit and inventiveness. Whatever he envisioned he struck to create. He was a force to be reckoned with once he had an idea in his mind. He would be very one track in focus.
Who were you? 10 of wands * Ace of Cups * 8 of Wands
He was a man who had a lot to do and even though he was weighed down with a heavy load he still managed to do everything he needed to do. He rose to the occasion. He had an exhaustive supply of energy and passion. A great communicator. People wanted to help him realize his goals. They liked him. He was had deep convictions - felt what his goals were divined.
Career: Hierophant * 6 of Wands * Page of Swords
He was educated - people sought him out for advice and education. He was rigid and imposing as well. Dogmatic. Rules oriented. He was successful in his endeavors. People looked up to him and he was well respected. He was always on guard for his next idea for his next inspiration. He was also spoken about. He didn't bother with any of that but he knew of it.
Life changing Events: kn of Cups * Prudence * 4 of wands * kn of Wands
He had to remember to be cautious - his desire was to leap before he looked - he had such energy and excitement that he always forgot about being careful - his head was very often flying high - and while he had great support he still needed to be watched. I think he was married to a strong inspiring woman who rallyed him but he had an adventurer spirit and wanted to run and be wild and pursue his dreams - no matter where they took him.... He had a strange way of viewing things - like no other - things were turned upside down with him. He was very reckless - did he lose 2 young men dear to him - like 2 sons?
Death: 4 of Cups * strength * Tower
I think he was disillusioned and very bored and really needed to go out when he knew he shouldn't but he had to feed his lion and there was a terrible explosion and he perished. Lots of fire. He lived with a fire in his belly and he died at the hands of fire!
Month? Justice late september early october actuallyI am getting september 11th!

I am outside all day trying to hang a 1200 pound tree root on the side of my barn ( don't ask). It carved and from Bali- but if it falls on me you all can put me up for mystery person..
A little lunch, washed my hands and now a spin on the FM deck for TCO's new modern dead guy....
LOOKS: Hermit RX/ DeathRX. Wel I guess this guy looks like death warmed over! Unsociable, sullen, withdrawn, pessimistic. There is on off chance he hid his true face, wore masks or something or was incognito somehow. He was perhaps thin, old and bony.
CAREER: TemperanceRX/ Knight Wands- Gee- the church or clergy would be one thing or possibly something that was concerned with deep competition Some one who travelled or who immigrated from one life to another. I feel there was something almost fanatical.
PERSONALITY: 7 Cups/ 4 Swords- he had a big dream that was perhaps a bit wacky. He acheived it before he died- or oddly perhaps died achieving it.
I have a small feeling about a serios illness in this reading. Something bad healthwise.
LIFE CHANGING EVENT: High Priestess/ 3 Wands. he listened to his gut and planned his 'attack" a long time. he bided time and then seized something. I feel he may have had to withdraw or go into hiding.
AN IMPORTANT MONTH: The Lovers. Well the obvious here is February- or June, but I can't think why. before I drew cards I had a feeling the holiday season. Don't know what this means at all.
SOMETHING SPECIAL; Knight CupsSeductive, flattering, attractive.
Hmmmm... theres' a phantom stone riding on this.... Before I drew cards I thought Sam Walton, but now I think Jim Jones the Kool Aid man or David Koresh.

King of Wands/base of T of P... He was a very energetic inspiring person. He had great spirit and inventiveness. Whatever he envisioned he struck to create. He was a force to be reckoned with once he had an idea in his mind. He would be very one track in focus. I feel this is true. But he was looked apon as lazy when young by his elders and peers.
Who were you? 10 of wands * Ace of Cups * 8 of Wands

He had an exhaustive supply of energy and passion. A great communicator. People wanted to help him realize his goals. They liked him. He was had deep convictions - felt what his goals were divined. THis is one aspect of his personality. There are more important ones. These cards are good for him tho. He could be secretive.
He was not educated in the classical sense, no formal schooling to speak of, but he was looked up to in his chosen Field. He only helped those he liked.
Life changing Events: kn of Cups * Prudence * 4 of wands * kn of Wands

He did lose 2 family members I will give more on that later. This all is very good.
Death: 4 of Cups * strength * Tower

There is on off chance he hid his true face, wore masks or something or was incognito somehow. LIFE CHANGING EVENT: High Priestess/ 3 Wands. he listened to his gut and planned his 'attack" a long time. he bided time and then seized something. I feel he may have had to withdraw or go into hiding. I am thinking of a specific event, this is not it.
AN IMPORTANT MONTH: The Lovers. Well the obvious here is February- or June, but I can't think why. before I drew cards I had a feeling the holiday season. Don't know what this means at all. June is one of the two crucial months.

Just for fun...if any of the first 5 players get him on thier FIRST guess I will give them a Phantom Quartz Crystal as a prize ;)golden tarot
hermit reversed, 2 of cups, page of swords reversed
these 3 cards make me feel like this man was a religious/spiritual person, whose behavior was a bit odd. he may have used religion and his spiritual feelings to actually start trouble in his community/state/country. Or was he a monk? The 2 of cups does indicate to me that he shared his beliefs with someone else or with the community at large, as it was his business, possibly? He may have felt he was in charge---did he think of himself as a sort of 'savior'? he was (or at least thought he was) in charge. It may have been a cult of some kind too.
CAREER: 3 cups reversed, 8 swords, queen wands reversed
this gives me the impression that he is against indulging in food and drink/partying, ect. he's sounding more and more like a monk or some religious finatic to me again. the 8 of swords makes me feel like he enjoys being blind to things. or maybe he doesn't enjoy it, but lives this way anyway. he feels like he has to keep himself 'tied' up to be worthy. The queen of wands reversed gives me the impression of him being a baptist minister that preaches 'fire and brimstone'. he has a fiery temperament.
LIFE CHANGING EVENT: 6 Wands reversed, king of coins, hierophant reversed
I feel like he either met the pope or someone of high importance in a religious faith, or he knew them and was inspired by them. he may have traveled far to also meet them or be with them. I think he felt like they needed him to help change things around, as they were losing their ability to carry on.
A MONTH OR TWO THAT IS IMPORTANT TO HIM:4 COINS, 3 wands reversed
hmmm. not sure what month either is pointing to, however, the 4 of coins made me think of Sept. (mainly because that was always the month we prepared for financial reports at work). However, the coins generally refer to the earth signs of taurus, virgo and capricorn. And, since Sept. is the month for Virgo, I'll go with that, however, my head is telling me 'closer to Christmas', which would work with capricorn. NOw, the other card, the 3 of wands reversed, that could be representing Aries, Leo or Sagittarius. And, because Sagittarius is also in December, I'll go with both the mos. December and September.
HIS DEATH: 3 coins reversed, 10 wands, tower
The 3 of coins reversed in the golden tarot has a photo of 3 young women working together on needlework or something, while a young man is working on hanging his craft above on the wall. Standing behind the women is another man, w/a book in his hands. He also looks like a religious/monk. Could he be lecturing to them? Being reversed, makes me feel like this man may not have listened and learned as he should have. Did he have a falling out with his teachers or maybe he was the teacher, but was too hard or maybe just lacking in the skills required. The Tower gives me the impression that either he died from a great fall, (suicide?) or he was caught in a fire and was killed. His death may have been something that entailed a long amount of suffering because with the 10 of wands, it seems like it was a heavy burden to him.
This guy sounds to me like Padre Pio.
NOw, off to see if it's already been solved!

Hmmmmm June is a big month for wars or big battles- Midway, 6 Day War, D-Day, Korean conflict began. I even think it was Waterloo and Little Big Horn and Bunker Hill- but that is the wrong century for our MP. Never thought about that before. I'll do some more cards before breakfast.
WHAT OTHER MONTH IS SIGNIFICANT?- Queen SwordsRX- November? July?
WHAT LIFE CHANGING EVENT?- 8 Pents . He either worked on something diligently and for a log time that caused him problems, or he was innocent of something he was blamed for.
HOW DID HE DIE? 5 Wands- Well that seems like a war death, but it also could mean death by 'committee' either at the hands of more than one or because of their agreement. A jury? A vigilante team?
Julius Rosenberg? I think they microwaved him in June.

goes to BA's guess of julius....
had to reshuffle.....
what is the tragedy? 3 of coins * 6of coins *ace of wands
he learned his skill and mastered it -he created a home and family and all was well then fire struck - it all went up in flames! ?????
month? 3 of wands I'm getting april for no reason!
what was your skill? 5 of coins * pg of coins * 10 of coins

Well, let’s see how I do with this one…
Looks: 10swords/8pents
He looked tired, like he had been dragged through the mud, pale, studious though, it looks like he looks at things very close up, there is something about his eyes I think, like they’re nearly closed or squinted or something? Lol, it looks like he’s scratching his fingers on something too.
Personality: KingCups/7Pents (personally I think this card is trying to tell me to get my butt back to work! I keep pulling it with just about every reading I’ve done in the last week!, lol I don’t wanna!)
Emotional, caring and compassionate, helpful to others, and gave good advice, almost like he had an answer for everyone else but not himself. He had a hard time making decisions because he was weary of the outcome, a little bit of a worrier, because his decisions were always difficult.
Career: 2swords/10wands
Not a lot of growth here, he was somehow blocked from his full potential because he was overwhelmed with the responsibilities, it was all a bit more than what he bargained for, and tried to avoid conflicts at all costs.
Family: KingWands/AceWands
I wonder if this is a brother, I think he has a beard….he was close with this king, and looked to him for advise, and may have started a business with him, or helped him to get some work. I don’t get the feeling it worked out too great.
Something Special: 4Swords/9Wands
I feel like he was ill, that he needed a lot of rest to gather his strength, and prepare himself for the next blow.

Emotional, caring and compassionate, helpful to others, and gave good advice, almost like he had an answer for everyone else but not himself. He had a hard time making decisions because he was weary of the outcome, a little bit of a worrier, because his decisions were always difficult. Not sure here. For some people yes for many..no, he treated people as he felt and did not seem too concerned with how they felt. But he was not evil at all.
Career: 2swords/10wands
Not a lot of growth here, he was somehow blocked from his full potential because he was overwhelmed with the responsibilities, it was all a bit more than what he bargained for, and tried to avoid conflicts at all costs. Again yes and no, he was blocked from his full potential , that is for sure.

We have a winner!....I am a big fan of this mans work and can play most anything known by him. He is considered by many to be the forefather of rock and roll. A great musician who died of poisoning by a jealous man...THe burning must be the poison. His first wife and son's death in labor was the turning point for this man.
We have no prize winner this time, but maybe I will put up the same thing for my next one....time for someone else to take the riegns...Great game, and well done BAP.

I'll do the next one---if no one has grabbed it yet!
I see him as a musical god, a primitive one... maybe that is why?

Ohhhh thanks all. I too love Robert Johnson and have made the grave pilgrimage while in that area once. I figured it was someone murdered, but I didn't think of him at first because I and everyone else had such bad reads on him. I don't think he was bad- he had a spiritual side. He was a master.
