there used to be three different chats. now i only find one. are the others eliminated? if there's only a chat for subscribers, what happens to the rest?

Yes, the other Chats have been closed, the Subscriber Chat is the only one left.
You can still find the old Chat forum (http://www.tarotforum.net/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=20) in the Archives.
