sensations

I'm not sure if I have posted this in the right place but I wanted to ask some other people about sensations they have during readings. I'm asking this because just yesterday out of the blue while shuffleing the cards with question in mind I got a tingeling sensation that was in my hands and ran up my arms to my elbows giving me goosebumps. Now everytime I am shuffling I get these crazy goosebumps in the middle of my shuffle. Is there a name for this? Do other people experiance this while reading - I hope i'm not going crazy well crazyer What does it mean, how should I use it?
